SVX and Four Pillars Community Housing CCC Inc. invite you to participate in a senior-level design session focused on developing a trusted, scalable pathway for Canadians and institutions to invest in community housing.

The housing crisis is a community problem that requires a community solution. Governments and housing providers cannot solve it alone. Financial institutions, foundations, investors, governments, housing organizations, employers and communities each hold part of the solution. The challenge is bringing those pieces together in a structure that people can understand and trust.

Our ambition is to make “I Invest in Housing” as familiar and meaningful a statement of community participation as “I recycle.” Achieving that will require trusted institutions and community leaders to help shape the investment structure, safeguards, governance, distribution channels and public understanding needed to make it work.
