Four Pillars Community Housing CCC Inc. is leading a federally funded Solutions Lab to innovate community housing solutions, called I Invest in Housing. The Lab empowers homeowners, community members, realtors, and non-profits to test and shape new ways of making housing more affordable.

We believe solving the housing crisis means reimagining who participates, how change happens, and where resources come from.

Community bonds are a social finance tool that allows non-profits, charities, and co-operatives to raise capital by borrowing money from investors to fund projects with social or environmental benefits. Investors receive interest payments over a set term, similar to a traditional bond, but with the added benefit of investing directly in their local community. This model turns community support into financial capital to fund projects that may not otherwise be able to access conventional financing.
