Laneway Homes

Affordable Housing Bonds can fund the development of ADUs (Accessory Dwelling Units – i.e. laneway or carriage housing) on privately owned property in exchange for the homeowner’s commitment to maintain below market rents for a set period (i.e. five years). This can then qualify for the $40K forgivable loan through the BC Housing Secondary Suite Incentive Program that applies to renovations and new construction.

We can act as the one-stop shop as the development consultant guiding the process of provider and model selection, site inspection, permitting, financing and construction. Our model calls for out outsourcing the rental and property management to complete the de-risking process for the homeowner.

We are in the process of signing agency agreements with ADU manufacturers and modular construction firms. If you are looking for an agency to represent your modular housing solution please reach out me directly.

If you are interested in discussing a Laneway home on your property please call me directly: Joseph at 778-835-5801 or send me an email. Thank you.
